1. When assembling, add a little 201 methyl silicone oilto each soft seal, and the valve cover and valve bodyare glued with anaerobic adhesive;

2. The opening and closing of the valve water baffleshould be flexible and without blockage;

3. The shell test water pressure is 3.8MPa, the seal testair pressure is 0.6MPa, and the pressure is kept for 15seconds without leakage;

4. After passing the inspection, blow dry inside andoutside, and pack the valve into the warehouse in fullopen state.
